Refund Policy

We want you to feel good about your purchase. If VibeFunnels isn't what you expected, here's how refunds work.
1. 30-day money-back guarantee
For 30 days after purchase, you can request a full refund of the tripwire, OTOs, and order bumps — no questions asked, no forms to fill out.
Just email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund" and the email address you used at checkout. We process refunds within 3 business days; your bank may take 5-10 business days to show the credit.
2. Done-With-You (DWY) refund terms
The DWY package ($297) is refundable before the 1:1 setup call has been scheduled. Once the call is on the calendar, we've committed the time and the call itself becomes non-refundable. You can still cancel future chat support and we'll prorate.
3. Refunds after 30 days
After 30 days, refunds are not automatic but we'll consider them on a case-by-case basis. Email us with your situation. We're reasonable people.
4. Chargebacks
Please email us before initiating a chargeback. We almost always resolve issues faster than your bank can. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first will result in your access being permanently revoked.
5. What happens to your access
When a refund is processed:
- Your access to the playbook and Skool community is revoked
- Your GHL contact is tagged "refunded" and removed from active sequences
- Your card data is deleted from our records (Stripe retains its own copy per their policies)
