Recrutu Virtual Assistants LLC ("we," "us," "our") operates VibeFunnels and the domain vibefunnels.com. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Data we collect

When you use VibeFunnels we may collect:

Account / order data: first name, last name, email, phone number, country.
Payment data: card details are tokenized by Stripe — we never see your full card number. We store only Stripe customer/payment-method IDs.
Behavioral data: pages viewed, time on page, scroll depth, click events. Used to improve the funnel + measure ad performance.
Communications: emails, chat messages, support tickets you send us.
Cookies / pixels: we use first-party cookies for session tracking and the Meta Pixel for advertising attribution.

2. How we use your data

Process your purchase and deliver the product
Send transactional emails (receipts, login links, product updates)
Send marketing emails — you can unsubscribe at any time
Improve our products, funnel, and customer support
Measure ad performance via Meta Conversions API and Google Analytics
Comply with legal obligations (tax, fraud prevention)

3. Data sharing

We share data with these processors only to operate the service:

Stripe — payments processing
GoHighLevel — CRM, email automation, contact storage
Meta (Facebook) — Conversions API for ad attribution (hashed identifiers only)
Google Analytics — anonymized usage analytics

We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Your rights

You have the right to:

Request a copy of all data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data (right to be forgotten)
Object to marketing emails (unsubscribe link in every email)
Withdraw consent for analytics tracking

5. Data retention

We keep order data for 7 years (tax compliance). Email subscribers can request deletion at any time. Inactive accounts are purged after 24 months.

We use first-party cookies for session management (the funnel needs them to work) and the Meta Pixel for ad attribution. By using the site you consent to these. EU/UK visitors will see a consent banner.

7. Children

VibeFunnels is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be emailed to active customers.
